A secluded and picturesque Touring Caravan and Camping Park located just half a mile from the historic market town of Ellesmere. Known as Shropshire's Lake District, Ellesmere is the home of 9 glacial meres.
The site has excellent access just off the A495 with elevated views looking to the Welsh Hills in one direction and across Shropshire in the other.
There are 10 level grass pitches each with its own electric, main water hook-ups and night lighting. Other facilities include chemical waste and grey water waste disposal points. New toilet/shower block of a very high standard with under floor heating.
The Newnes is an Adult Only park. Dogs are welcome on leads.
The site is set in a beautiful situation high-up but sheltered on a 3 acre grass mown field with a network of footpaths and walks. The Shropshire Union Canal is just 1/2 mile away and adjoining the field is an 11 acre field for Rally use. Nearby Ellesmere offers a good selection of facilities including shops and pubs and there is a Golf course just 1 mile up the road.
The Newnes provides a peaceful site located in the heart of the countryside with an abundance of attractions and places to visit all within easy reach of the Park.
