Description
This attractive detached town cottage in the market town of Ellesmere makes it an ideal location to relax and explore the meres and canals at the heart of Shropshire's own lake lands.
Ellesmere's wide range of shops, pubs and eating places, its famous Mere and the canal wharf, are all within a few minutes walk of the cottage.
You could use it as a base to travel further afield to the spectacular mountains, beaches and castles of North Wales, or visit the many other attractions in the area including the world heritage site of Ironbridge Gorge here in Shropshire.
Additionally, the fascinating medieval town of Shrewsbury and the ancient city of Chester with its Roman ruins and two thousand years of history are only about forty minutes away by car.
The newly equipped, centrally heated cottage offers comfortable, high quality accommodation all year round for up to four people.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with good quality comfy sofas, contemporary solid oak furniture and TV/DVD.
The separate kitchen/diner is spacious and is comprehensively equipped to a high standard. There is a fan oven/ceramic hob combination, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has contemporary solid oak furniture.
Upstairs there is a double room with white/pine furniture, king size bed and ample wardrobe and storage space.
The second bedroom has twin beds and traditional style country pine furniture.
The all new bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. All bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price.
Outside there is a very private patio area with garden furniture and sun umbrella. The pretty terraced garden has steepish steps to an additional raised seating area � young children will need supervision!
There is a safe, private, off road parking area.
A payphone with modem connection is provided.
No smoking and sorry, no pets.

Directions
From Shrewsbury, take the A528 (A495) to Ellesmere. After passing The Mere, turn left immediately after the Texaco service station, into Watergate Street (one way). Teal Cottage is 50 yards on the left. From other directions, on entering Ellesmere, follow signs for Shrewsbury, turn right into Watergate Street before the service station.
