Fernwood is a picturesque, family-run, sixty six acre Park offering peace and tranquillity, which caters for Holiday Homes with a separate area for touring caravans.
Within the Park are forty acres of mature woodland - which are ideal for viewing wildlife, nature walks, bird-watching or just taking a leisurely stroll - Fernwood is a relaxing place to be.
Located near Lyneal, south-east of Ellesmere in the county of Shropshire, you are in a rural retreat in an area full of unspoiled countryside, lakes, woods and breathtaking views. A touring area at Fernwood - level grass pitches located amongst mature and attractive trees - most pitches have electric hook-ups. Fernwood has been chosen as a "Practical Caravan Top 100 Park".
There cannot be many Parks in such a tranquil setting that can claim their own coarse fishing lake, stocked with Rudd, Tench, Mirror and Crucian Carp to name a few. Many relaxing and happy hours have been spent by fishermen of all ages on the banks of Fernwood Lake. Holiday homes are available for purchase at Fernwood - whatever the season, a warm and cosy Holiday home is a delight to return to.

Directions
From junction A5/A49(N) take exit towards Whitchurch. Take the B5063 towards Wem Continue on the B5063 through Wem and on towards Northwood. Take exit to Lyneal and continue until you reach Wellfield Farm. Turning to Fernwood is near the canal bridge and marked by a caravan sign.
