Visitor Information Centre's are here to provide you with an extensive range of services to accommodate your needs and make your visit to our region as relaxing and care-free as possible. Their services include; providing tourist information on accommodation, places to visit, where to eat and informing you of the upcoming events in and around North Shropshire.

Please note:

The VIC and restaurant will be closed for maintenance work in January 2013 from Monday 7th January, reopening on Saturday 26th Jan for the VIC and on Friday 1st February for the restaurant.

During this closed period the public toilets will also be unavailable, with the nearest alternatives being in Cremorne Gardens or on the Cross Street car park in Ellesmere town centre. If there are any issues relating to the park and surroundings, please contact the Countryside Office at Swan Hill on 01691 624448, other visitor queries will be directed to Shrewsbury Visitor Centre.
