Women in aviation half term at Cosford

This May half term the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford will be celebrating the achievements made by women in aviation. From Monday 26th to Friday 30th May there will be a free trail for children to take part in, based around the pioneering women that have helped shape aviation history. Open 10am - 4pm, FREE entry.


Blackout,Blitz & Battle of Britain - the 1940's are coming to the SVR!

Local poet and creative writing lecturer, James Sheard, will be reciting his newly published work 'Facing the Garden' - a booklet of poetry produced for, and about, the Dorothy Clive Garden, during his year as Poet-In-Residence. The event is on Monday 12th May 2014 from 6.15pm at the Dorothy Clive Garden.
